FAQs

  • The hiring process varies based on your completion of the program requirements. Once you have met the requirements, you can select the program and/or service provider that best fits your needs. The program will then show the tentative course dates.

  • As of now, you will be required to provide your own equipment. Please see the equipment requirements provided above.

  • Only during training. Once training is complete, you may work any shift of your choosing as long as you maintain at least 15 working hours each week (Mon-Sun).

  • Our Clients are companies within these industries: e-Commerce, Retail, Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Telecommunications, Technology, Energy & Utilities, Insurance, Banking & Financial Services. We pair you with a specific Client based on your skill set and availability of hours.

  • NO! These opportunities will be based on a hourly wages.
